Your Favorite Mutual Funds

Post your favorite mutual fund and its symbol,Im looking at opinions on adding another mutual fund, Currently in my portfolio I only hold 1 mutual fund, but the funny thing is over the past 6 or 7 years its been my best performer overall, returning almost 300%.

So my favorite is PEMDX, the buy in is a little steep at $5,000 but well well worth it. Its an emerging markets bond fund.

Anyways look forward to your picks and if anyone knows any oil funds besides USO let me know

All run by Ken Heebner. The guy is a flat out genius! He got out of tech at its peek. He loaded up on homebuilders before the housing boom only to get out in the height of the boom, turning around and shorting CFC from the top to the bottom. He has been on the Ag and energy names since the late 90's. He is always so early to the party that it is ridiculous! CGMFX returned 80% last year alone. CGMFX is the only mutual fund that trades like a hedge fund I believe.

ahhh you cant buy in any of those on etrade. Whats the minimum investment? Also just noticed you were an lsu guy, i graduated from LSU in '02, I was a kirby-smith guy as im sure you were haha. I was thinking about purchasing a condo at southgate towers to go to the games but they're a bit overpriced for BR I feel. Anyways good to have a fellow tiger on here

LSU has always been my 2nd favorite team but I tell ya, my wife and I sure love it down here in Baton Rouge! We have a lot of family in New Orleans and wanted to be closer to them, but not too close. We moved here from Auburn, AL in early Jan. and couldn't be happier.
